What: The Goalie Trainer Summer Series I at Mayhem Athletic Center

When: Summer Session 1: June 19, June 26, and July 10 – 5pm-7pm or 7pm-9pm

$215 for three weeks

No make-ups, refunds, or substitutions can be made. We are unable to pro-rate missed training sessions.

Training designed by Emily Snowden and delivered by Emily and a team of assistant coaches.

Goalies will train in small groups based on age and skill level. Training is tailored to the level of participants and will focus on both technical and tactical development.  Goalies will learn and be challenged with exercise that provides maximum repetitions and practice. Skills included are: mixed speed kicker saves, lunging, hand saves, smothering (single leg slide), diving, decision making in 1v1 and 2v1 scenarios, rebounding, and more!

Small groups will have an approximate 4:1 athlete to coach ratio.

All athletes are welcome, regardless of school, club affiliation, or level. Limited only by age, grade level, and capacity.
